 "I am dedicated to actively supporting both our staff and service users. My role involves ensuring everyone enjoys their work, has the right plans in place, and adheres to them. I am hands-on and committed to fostering a supportive and efficient team environment."

Tommy is our company secretary and handles complaints. Although Tommy doesn't come from a caring background, he has plenty of empathy to make up for it.

Meet Paula  

 Paula brings over 20 years of experience from Community and Day Centre Services. She enjoys leading active activities with service users and brings creative ideas that support positive outcomes and goals. With personal experience in caring for family members, Paula understands the challenges disabilities can pose for families.

Meet Sarah: 

 Sarah has a background in Older Adults and Learning Disability. She is passionate about supporting our older clients and understands the challenges they face due to a lack of services and direction. Sarah is kind, considerate, and always willing to go the extra mile. She is a dedicated professional. 

Meet Brogan : 

As a support worker, I find deep fulfilment in empowering individuals to live vibrant, meaningful lives—no matter the obstacles they face. My passion lies in offering compassionate care and encouragement, helping people unlock their potential and embrace each day with confidence and dignity.
