A package is tailored to meet the needs of the individual services which include; 

• Administered medication, management and prescription ordering
• Support to attend appointments in person or technology integration utilising online help. 
• Crisis planning and accessing mental health services and therapies. 
• Shopping, housekeeping, budgeting, cooking and including hoarding and self neglect support. 
• Befriending, exploring hobbies and activities, searching for work & support into work with a disability. 
• Wheelchair accessible transport (VW CADDY) 
• Physiotherapy home care support

RVH Support Services,   are registered  and monitored by the local authority.  We  ensure our support staff register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within six months of employment and adhere to their Codes of Practice. We undergo annual inspections by the Care Inspectorate, and our staff are members of the Disclosure Scotland Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG). Our staff receive comprehensive induction training, familiarise themselves with company policies, and complete shadow shifts with experienced staff before working independently. They annually refresh their skills with award-winning trainers at Forrest Training.
